Timeline

  • September 2020 – Commemorative Pistol Project Announcement; Emails, website, facebook (done)

  • January 1, 2021 - Ordering for pistols and display case opens (done)

    • Paypal account established to collect display case money for 15% discount (done)

  • Jan 31, 2021 – Final Deadline for ordering Class Pistol and display case (done)

  • September 2021 (or before) – Anticipated availability for shipment to class members (done)

  • November 2021 - 25th reunion!!


Ordering Info

  • Everyone MUST read the right side of the order form highlighted in red as you must legally be able to obtain possession of the pistol from a Federal Firearms Dealer.

  • Although we prefer to ship to one dealer we understand this cannot happen. You may choose to ship to a different dealer with a $35 shipping fee for single pistols. This information is not needed at this time. An email will be sent with instructions for obtaining the dealer information and getting it to you when we are almost ready to ship. Please do not send it beforehand.

  • Please make sure everyone is aware that the lead time is 14-16 weeks from when we close the ordering process charge and clear all the cards and enter the order on the system.

  • Please instill that when sending correspondence or calling that they reference the group name: Citadel '96. We may be working with as many as 20 groups at a time and want to make sure we have all the information we need.

  • If anyone is following the Instructions and is still having issues submitting they can contact us directly .

  • These pistols may not be cancelled or refunded once the order is entered for production.

    • Class Pistol will be ordered directly from Kimber America

    • Payment in full must be made at time of order

  • Display Case cost (includes 15% discount for the single order as well as shipping)

    • $340.96 solid top

    • $391.96 glass top

  • Required States charging sales tax (funds collected before shipment, not included in the initial charge):

    • NY STATE SALES TAX 8.875%

    • NJ SALES TAX 6.625%

    • WA SALES TAX 9.0%

    • AL SALES TAX 4%

    • AZ SALES TAX 6.2%

Fill out the following form to order the pistol and display case. Instructions for each are included on the form. Note: There is a specific password needed to open the order form. It is available from the Class Of 1996 Facebook page or from the CAA email. It is NOT your email password.

Order Form

At the end of the form, if you click "Send me a copy of my responses", you'll get an emailed copy of your responses with a link to edit (if you find something wrong or change your mind) AND the two Kimber documents (order form & instructions) attached. Make sure you check your spam folder.

Please make sure you submit the form even if you've already downloaded the Kimber documents so that we can match up orders with Kimber.
